    Vinification  :  Grapes from vineyards with rocky soils at an altitude of 260 m. The destemmed grapes are crushed and fermented in Georgian Anfora, in contact with the skins 6 months. In this period the cap is plunged several times a day. There is no use of temperature control or coltured yeast. After fermentation the must is pressed with the use of a basket press.
    Aging              :  24 months in large 3000L Slavonian Oak Barels
    Bottled           :  Unfiltered and without the use of preservatives or chemical additives.
    To be served : 15℃
