Vinification  :  The destemmed grapes are crushed and fermented in Georgian Anfora,  contact with the skins for six months. In this period the cap is plunged several times a day. There is no use of temperature control or coltured yeast. After fermentation the must is pressed with the use of a basket press.
Aging              :  24 months in large 3000L Slavonian Oak Barels
Bottled           :  Unfiltered and without the use of preservatives or chemical additives.
To be served : 15℃

 

The wine has an intense golden color. Rich, fresh taste, notes of caramel, honey and spices with balanced acidity. The generous, luxurious aroma of dried fruits, honey, caramel, herbs and white flowers.
