This skin-fermented dessert wine is not too sweet, but it is very rich. This wine is thick in the mouth with mild acidity. Sciacchetrà is made from only the selected best white grapes that is the whole one, most kissed by the sun and most colorful to dry. Some grapes fall down while being dried for about two months in the shade, so not all grapes left in the bunch are raisins and some rot. In order not to mix the rotten grapes, he sorts them by hand. The grapes makes only about 20% of the final product.
