Vinification       : The destemmed grapes were macerated in open Slavonian oak vats with indigenous yeasts for 4 days, and fermentation continued in Slavonian barriques where the wine also carried out malolactic fermentaton.
Aging                 : 12 months in barriques, then 12 months in steel tank and 12 months in bottle.
To be served     : 12-14℃

This is an amber color white wine with  hints of minerals. The texture is smooth, elegant creamy. Notes of hoey, dried apricot, and wonderfully balanced and complex.
