Vinification       : The destemmed grapes were macerated in open Slavonian oak vats with indigenous yeasts for 15 days long, and fermentation continued in big Slavonian barrels where the wine also carried out malolactic fermentaton.
Aging                : 24 months in big Slovenian barrels, then 12 months in steel tank and 12 months in bottle
To be served    : 12-15℃

 

Pinot Grigio fermented and macerated on skins lending a lot of color and texture – very different from ‘conventional’ Pinot Grigio. This wine has a beautiful ruby orange colour with bright pink hue. Taste is soft and smooth, with very rich aromas from orange peel, apricot, red cherry.
