Vinification           : The destemmed grapes were macerated in open Slavonian oak vats with indigenous yeasts for 4 days, and fermentation continued in Slavonian barriques where the wine also carried out malolactic fermentaton.
Aging                    : 12 months in barriques, then 12 months in steel tank and 12 months in bottle
To be served       : 12-14℃

 

Rich and structured wine with intense and complex aromas and a deep and ful-bodied flavour.
