    It is obtained from the pressing of Barbera and Bonarda (Croatina) grapes which are traditionally grown on their hills. The ripe grapes are harvested manually in small boxes and vinified in maceration on the skins for about thirty days.
    The wine expresses the characteristics vinous and evolved notes and the taste is fresh and structured.
