Vinification : Pinot grigio was immediately pressed and began spontaneously ferment in barriques. Chardonnay and Sauvignon destemmed grapes were macerated in open Slavonian oak vats with indigenous yeasts for 4 days.
Aging : 12 months in barriques, then 24 months in steel tank and 12 months in bottle
To be served : 12-14℃White wine full bodied and intense, with great structure and character, with notes of tropical fruit, vanilla and herbs.
