Many people have heard of natural wines but have hesitated to try it. Now is the chance! On this day, we will serve around 8 kinds of natural wines by the glass and the bottle.
Buckwheat products
As you know, wine pairs well with cheese. This time Healthy Soba will offer “Cheese Soba” as a creative Soba using 36 months matured Parmesan Cheese. We will also offer gluten-free Chiffon cakes made from 100% Buckwheat flour, developed by our chef himself!
